II. ENVIRONMENT AND INDUSTRY ANALYSIS
Socio-Cultural Condition - Potato mojos are the ultimate crowd-pleaser. Whether it’s a family
gathering, a casual get-together with friends, or a simple snack to enjoy alone, mojos bring
people together. They’re not just food—they’re part of the experience. Paired with dips like
sour cream or barbecue sauce, they cater to all ages and make any meal or occasion feel
special.
Technological Condition - Technology has made enjoying mojos easier than ever. With air fryers
and modern ovens, people can now whip up crispy mojos at home with less oil, making them
healthier and just as delicious. Food delivery apps and online stores have made them more
accessible, allowing people to order mojos anytime, anywhere.
Economic Condition - Potato mojos are loved because they’re delicious and affordable. They’re
a go-to snack for students on a budget, families looking for quick treats, and even businesses
trying to offer low-cost menu options. Whether you’re enjoying them at a fast-food chain or a
small food stall, mojos are a treat that doesn’t break the bank.
Politico-Legal Condition - Food safety laws play a big role in how potato mojos are made and
sold. Businesses have to make sure their products meet strict hygiene and quality standards,
especially if they’re selling frozen or pre-packaged versions. These rules are important for
keeping customers safe, but they can be challenging for smaller businesses to follow.
