● NO MEDICINE IS GIVEN TO THE STUDENTS UNLESS RECOMMENDED BY
A DOCTOR AND THE PARENTS HAVE PROVIDED IN THE MEDICAL
REQUIREMENT
● IT IS MANDATORY TO GIVE ACCURATE INFORMATION IN THE HEALTH
FORMS. KINDLY ATTACH RECENT PHOTOGRAPH OF THE CHILD.
● IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY THE SCHOOL TAKES THE CHILD TO
GANGA RAM HOSPITAL AND INFORMS THE PARENTS .
COMMUNICATION WITH SCHOOL
● Please voice your concerns through emails to Class
Teachers/ Supervisor/ Principal.
● Avoid creating Informal WhatsApp Groups and
writing in-appropriate messages without checking the
facts with the school.
● Parents can meet the teachers if needed during
staybacks on Monday and Friday from 2:30pm to
3:15pm on prior notice.
BUS DISPERSAL
● Bus attendance is now AI based , hence punctuality is being
maintained at the time of dispersal.
● Buses will leave sharp at 2:05 pm. If the child reports late and misses
the bus, he/she will wait in the school office till escorted by the
parents.
