● 1 Sugar Cube or 1 Barspoon of Sugar
Syrup
● 3 Dashes of Angostura Bitters

Built in the glass.

Combine Sugar Cube and Angostura Bitters


into a Rocks Glass and muddle it until slightly
dissolved. Add Bourbon or Rye and Add ice
cubes.

Stir until sufficiently chilled.

Garnish with Orange Twist.

Manhattan

Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass


● 50ml Bourbon or Rye Whiskey
with ice.
● 20ml Sweet Vermouth
Stir until sufficiently chilled.
● ½ Barspoon of Sugar Syrup
Strain into a chilled Coupe or Martini.
● 2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
Garnish with Lemon Twist or Maraschino

Strain into a chilled Rocks Glass with no
