Built in the glass.
Combine Sugar Cube and Angostura Bitters
into a Rocks Glass and muddle it until slightly
dissolved. Add Bourbon or Rye and Add ice
cubes.
Stir until sufficiently chilled.

Combine all ingredients, apart from milk,
