II. Introduction of the Projects
      1.) Location
          Metrogate Subdivision Trece Martires Cavite
        -   The National Structural Code of the Philippines (NSCP) is a set of guidelines and
            standards for building and other structures in the Philippines. The latest edition is
            the 7th edition and it was released in 2015. It provides criteria for ensuring a
            building's
            stability and safety when subjected to of various loads such as earthquakes, wind,
            and gravity. The book covers a wide range of topics, including structural engineering,
            building materials, methods, and construction practices.
        -   According to Article 670, Section 5. Easementof Light and View. The Civil Code of the
            Philippines, it states that the live load for the ground floor should be 200 kg per
            square meter,while for succeeding floors should have 150 kg per square meter.
        -   Ceiling height requirements are frequently specified in local building codes, zoning
            regulations, or architectural standards rather than structural codes. These requirements
            can differ depending on the type of building, its use, and local regulations. The
            minimum ceiling height for the ground floor is 2.4 meters, while for succeeding floors
            should have at least 2.7 meters.
        -   The minimum area for the kitchen should beat least 3 square meters and have a
            dimension of 1.5 meters. In addition, the toilet should have at least 1.2 square meters
            and a dimension of 0.9 meters. Furthermore, rooms for human habitation should
            have an area of 6 square meters and have at least 2 square meters in dimension.
        -   The Revised National Plumbing Code of the Philippines is a document that outlines
            the plumbing standards and regulations. It specifies the design, installation, and
            maintenance of plumbing systems to ensure safety, efficiency, and hygiene. It helps
            in determining the sizes of pipes and vents. Furthermore, it also discusses the
            different types of fixtures. It should be noted that the Revised National Plumbing
            Code of the
            Philippines is a legal document, and compliance with its provisions is frequently a
            legal requirement for construction projects.

The property is in the Metrogate Subdivision Trece Martires Cavite. The lot plan is
relatively small, measuring approximately 120 square meters. It is perfect for families.
Furthermore, the land is suitable for building a house. Because the lot is 12x10, I just put
a 2 meter
setback in front of it. Furthermore, the sides feature a firewall. There are no other
structures in the immediate vicinity. The only thing in front of you is a road.
