The paper doe not state how measurement is done. Is it Likert scales?
The numbers coming out of the statistics can be assumed to be % , but it is not stated.
Nowhere can I find explanations on the numbers used: it says as example 69, but it it a percentage of
what? Is 69 good or bad, or is there a threshold: how to understand the numbers is missing!
The objectives are said to be:
1. To analyse the demographic sketch of the respondents.
2. To examine the Behavioral outcome of the Foreign Tourists with reference to quality and services
offered
Findings chapter refer to numbers from statistics, but does not really answer the objectives (but it may
be found in the numbers if they were explained)
Conclusion chapter barely touches the objectives.
I do not find the references in the text.
