Indian inhabitant, residing at “5B-602, Paradise Park, Behind Viva

College, Virar (w):- 401 303. I do hereby state on solemn affirmation

as under;

1. I say that I am real blood sister of Mr. Ajit Anil Berde, the Petitioner

above named and sister in law of Mrs. Manjiri Ajit Berde, the

Respondent above named.

2. I say that I had attended the marriage solemnized between the

Petitioner and the Respondent solemnized at “Phadkewadi Mandir,


Charni Road, Mumbai: - 400 004” on 02/12/2000 according to the

Hindu rights and ceremonies.

3. I say that I am witness to the marriage of the Petitioner and the

Respondent.

4. I say that whatever is herein above is true, proper and correct to the

best of my knowledge and belief and I believe the same to be true and

correct.

5. I am filing this affidavit to affirm the facts mentioned above.
