GUIDELINES FOR STUDENTS

• The students must report to the school on time and enter the allotted examination room 15 mins before
the commencement of the examination.
• Exam timings:

➢ Grade 9 to 12
9:00 am –12:00 pm (Reading time: 8:45am-9:00 am)

• Students must sit as per their seating arrangement and not change their place during the entire duration
of the examination.
• No mobile phones to be carried inside the examination hall.
• Students should not wear smart watches or carry any digital gadgets to school during exam days.
• No sharing of stationery will be permitted.
• Students will not be allowed to leave the examination hall till the end of exam time.
• If any student is found indulging in any malpractices (copying, cheating, carrying chits etc.,) it will
call for strict consequences.

GUIDELINES TO THE PARENTS FOR HALF YEARLY EXAMINATION

• The test will take place during regular school hours.


• The students must report to the school on time at 7:55 am.
• The examination timetable and portions for the test have been already shared on MCB
• Exam timings:

➢ Grade 9 to 12:
9:00 am –12:00 pm (Reading time: 8:45am-9:00 am)

• Following the exam, dispersal will happen by 12:10 pm.


• There will be study holidays in between the exams for preparation.
• Attendance is mandatory.
• No retest will be conducted provided any serious medical emergency and after submitting a
leave letter with medical certificate which will be approved by the Principal.
• Absence from any assessment will result in no marks for the child.
• Students must carry their own stationery and sharing of stationery will not be permitted.
