General Terms & Conditions:


* The above Basic Prices are in Naira/MT on cash basis, excluding freight.
* Payment Term: 100% Advance payment.
* Basic price of "B" grades would be ₦ 15,000/MT less than the basic rates of the corresponding prime grades.
* Basic price of "C" grades would be ₦ 30,000/MT less than the basic rates of the corresponding prime grades.
* Prime, "B" and "C" Grades are included for QD calculation.
* Waste & Sweep sales are on fixed price basis without any discount.
* PE & PP sales will not be clubbed for QD Calculation.
* Ex- Plant & Ex-Stock Point lifting will be combined for QD computation.
* Qty Discounts & Addl. Qty. Discounts, if any, are to be calculated on actual Delivery/Lifting in a calender month.
* All post sales discounts including QD are in the form of credit note & VAT Inclusive.
* QD for the month under calculation shall be awarded in the next month.
* Customers to arrange and bear transportation and loading charges at Lagos & Kano warehouses.
* Any local levies on the goods will be extra and to be borne by the customer.
* Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
* Except as maybe provided herein, all transactions/agreement between IPL and its customers in relation to the sale of its products are regulated by the Terms & Conditions contained in
Indorama's General Terms and Conditions(GTCs) displayed on its website https://www.indoramaeleme.com/GTC
* Company reserves the right for acceptance of the order.
