Description of Work
(Post construction TermiteControl Treatment)

1. General survey and thorough inspection of the entire premises


Determine the location,species and existence of termite colonies
2. Extermination of live termite & their mounds found within the
Premises by destroying the mound and spraying termiticide
Solution & through soil injection.
3. The whole perimeter area around the house will be treated with
Non-repellant trrmiticide. This is to protect the house from the
Attack of termites coming from outside.
4. Small holes will be drilled along the outside prrimeter wall of the
House for soil treatment using a soil injector attached to a power
Sprayer
5. Small holes will also be drilled at the base of the door jambs and
Other wooden materials directly attached to the door. This will
Then be injected with termiticide.

Total Contract of P43,000


Warranty: 12 months from completion with pretreatment, inspection
Every 4 months till end of warranty period.
