A. Pre-treatment condition:
1. The soil for treatment is free of any wooden debris that may exacerbate the termite infestation of the soil, Including the
outside surfaces of the surrounding walls.
2. The soil surface should not be compacted first before treatment. Back- fill materials must be kept loose to allow excellent
absorption of the termiticide concentrate.
3. The area will be off-limits to non- Armor employees to avoid the risk of concentrate inhalation which is toxic to human.
B. Method of treatment:
1. By vertical barrier treatment: To prevent termites coming into the owner’s lot and infect the building, ARMOR will do
soil injection or rodding technique and applied evenly to all perimeter wall with 0.075% concentration of chemicals.
2. By horizontal barrier treatment: Apply a diluted emulsion concentrate evenly to soil surface area.
Note* Installation of the reticulation piping system using a 1” dia. blue PVC pipe is the current standard norm so that after the
expiration of chemicals or when the infestation occurs after the warranty, we can re-apply the termiticide easily without
destroying concrete floor.
C. TERMS OF PAYMENT
50% down payment upon awarding or before treatment
50% upon completion of the treatment work.
Upon your conformity with this proposal, it shall become our binding and written agreement on the matter, terms herein contained
and stipulated. The proposal will be valid for at least 30 days.
