PROPOSAL

Pre-Construction Termite Proofing

Termites are known worldwide for their destructive behavior towards wood as
these pests consume wood and cellulose extremely fast and pose a common
problem to industries, corporate organizations and residential spaces. Termite
proofing needs professional knowledge and cannot be handled through
home remedies. It is a problem prevailing throughout the year. ECO Services
rids your business or home of termites that can damage your property
through its efficient procedures.

Procedure

ECO Services’ professional workforce has hands-on training and latest


technology tools to control the termite threat to your belongings and vicinity.
Termite control management is carried out in the following way.

Excavated Pits Treatment: ECO Services Team will apply diluted chemicals
through power sprayer @ 460ml Per Sqft upto 20 hours before filling.

Treatment at DPC Level: We shall apply chemical @ 460ml Per Sqft upto 20
hours before concrete floor.

Constructed Area Surrounding Treatment: ECO Services will apply diluted


chemical through trenches / injection around covered area @ 1 liter per RFT.
Wood Spray Treatment: ECO Services technician will apply layer of chemical
over doors and windows fixtures.

Product: The chemical that shall be used for your project will be Fiprostar
(Approved By WHO).

Requirements:

1. Client will inform ECO Services staff before 4 days of each stage treatment.
2. Water Supply according to need will be arranged by client.
