tree canopies will be raised over lawns and roadways where needed.

midrise buildings in early September.

Thank you! We would like to give a special thank you to Jackie Schneider and Sissy Donahue for organizing
the 2024 Summer Kickoff Party. We are happy so many owners were able to attend!

Swimming Pool: We hope you have had an opportunity to visit the pool this summer! It will be open through
Monday, September 16th. Each unit may have up to four guests at the pool per day provided the unit owner
or resident host is present.

Sump pumps:
It is recommended that townhome owners test their sump pump from time to time. First, fill the sump pit with
water. The pump is equipped with an automatic switch that senses when the water reaches a certain level
and turns itself on. It should then clear most of the water from the pit and shut off once the water drops below
a certain level. In the event of a power outage, your sump pump will not operate unless you have a battery
backup unit installed.

Reminders:
 Please promptly pick up dog waste in the common areas. If you have a guest and they bring a dog,
please be sure they do the same.
 Parking is not permitted in the alleys or in the cul-de-sacs. Be sure to inform your contractors and
visitors of this rule. Residents should not regularly park on the parking pads without a permit as
they are for guest use.
 Break down any boxes before placing them in recycling toters. Do not leave boxes outside the toters.
 Contractors for midrise owners are not permitted to dispose of construction debris in the dumpsters.
 Residents are responsible for promptly cleaning up any debris/trash left in the common areas by
visitors.
 Both the inner and outer lobby doors of the midrise buildings should be closed at all times. The inner
lobby door should remain locked.
 Soliciting is not permitted in Conway Meadows. This includes soliciting by residents of the community.
