Subject: Request for Permission for a Field Visit
Sir,
I hope this letter finds you well. My name is Samiul Haque Shaudho. I am a 3rd year student in Department of Mass
Communication and Journalism, University of Dhaka. As a part of our academic curriculum, we have undertaken a
project on Development Journalism which focuses on the socio-economic development and happiness of the people
and community at large.
Reptiles Farm BD, being the First-Ever Captive Breeding Crocodile farm in Bangladesh, represents a significant case
of study in sustainable agriculture, wildlife conservation, and economic development. Crocodile farming in our
tropical climate offers a fresh perspective on our traditional practices of agriculture. This initiative, hence, aligns with
the core principles of Development Journalism.
Therefore, I would like to ask for your permission to permit us conduct a field trip in your magnificent organization.
Our mission of this trip will be to observe your operations, gain understanding about the opportunities and challenges
of the work.
We assure you that our visit will be conducted ethically. Your organization’s protocols and regulations will be our first
and foremost priority. We would also like to provide you a copy of our final project for your consideration.
Please let us know a convenient date and time and also if there are any specific formalities and requirements to be met
prior to our visit.
Thank you for considering our request. I will be looking forward for your response.
Yours sincerely,
Samiul Haque Shaudho
