the Lizol Filler, This Eliminated the damaging of bottle filling guides due to reverse bottles.

the OEM Electrical drawing.
• Design &Installation of IP Rated New PLC & Drive Panel for Harpic Filling machine with
internally prepared control panel with wiring as per OEM drawing for the existing Filling
machine. This eliminated the PLC & Drive Faults due to HCl fumes inside Control Panel.
• Harpic Filling Machine Program modification for the newly installed PLC Panel.
• Harpic Filling Machine Door Interlock Switch design in AutoCAD, Implementation along
with Electrical control wiring drawing and complete field wiring.
