Price Inquiry This is to check price without registering
a product sale, by tapping on price
inquiry and scanning a product which will
give choices to sell a Item or Do not Sell

Scanning Items When scanning item watch the screen to
ensure the product is registering
Non Scanning If the item is not on the product file than
Item it will not scan and give a audible error
message
Quantity Button If more than one of the same item like 8
lagers, scan the item tap the not of items
and followed by the QTY button
Different Flavours Scan different varieties of product
Varieties etc individually like crisps, petfoods etc
PLU Buttons like Certain item has PLU no like cucumbers,
Fruit & Veg etc lettuce etc.Type in the relevant no

PAY subtotal Must tap PAY button before you ask the
customer for the money

Print Previous Till Till receipt can be switched on by
Receipts 3 tapping on the RECEIPT button when it
previous only has a Xon it or can print previous 3
receipts, any further than that can be
printed from the office.
Item Void Item can be voided by Tapping
FUNCTION followed by ITEM VOID and
followed by CONFIRM VOID
Item Return If the item need to be returned for refund
of exchange than type FUNCTION
followed by ITEM RETURN scan the
item and tap INPUT
Transaction Void Transaction can be voided if the
customer does not have money etc by
tapping FUNCTION followed by TRANS

Lay Away If customer goes away and will be back
Transaction in a few minutes than lay away the

Change Price Reduced items will have a reduced to
clear sticker, Tear off the middle section
of the label, scan the item, type in the
reduced price followed by FUNCTION
and CHANGE PRICE buttons
Shop Use When item is take for shop use use shop
use button to pay for item and place

Change Till Rolls
Multi Buys All multi buys and BOGOF will appear in
the bottom right of the screen in yellow,
when an item is scanned and when the
required quantity is scanned the discount
or savings will automatically appear on
the displays.
Cigarettes 200’s We cannot pass over a full outer of
cigarettes to the customer, only issue
single packets even if it is 10 packets
When System on When system is on closed position, tap
Close Down the window, followed by LOG ON
