Classic Beef Steak with

Garlic Butter
Ingredients:

 2 ribeye or sirloin steaks


 2 tablespoons butter
 4 cloves garlic, minced
 1 teaspoon salt
 ½ teaspoon black pepper
 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary or thyme

Procedure:

1. Season steaks with salt and pepper.


2. Heat a skillet over high heat and sear steaks for 3-4 minutes per side.
3. Reduce heat, add butter, garlic, and herbs. Baste the steak with melted butter.
4. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Honey Garlic Glazed Pork Chops

Ingredients:

 4 pork chops
 ¼ cup honey
 3 tablespoons soy sauce

 1 kg beef (short ribs or brisket), cut


into chunks
 2 cups beef broth or water

 1/4 cup liver spread (or pâté)
 1 medium carrot, sliced
 1 large potato, cubed
 1 red bell pepper, sliced
 1 green bell pepper, sliced
 1 onion, chopped
 4 cloves garlic, minced
 2 tablespoons soy sauce
 2 tablespoons cooking oil
 1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
 1 teaspoon chili flakes (optional, for spice)
 Salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:

1. Heat oil in a pot and sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
2. Add beef chunks and cook until browned.
3. Pour in beef broth, tomato sauce, and soy sauce. Simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours until the beef
is tender.
4. Stir in liver spread and mix well.
5. Add potatoes, carrots, and bell peppers. Cook for another 10-15 minutes until vegetables
are soft.
6. Season with salt, pepper, and sugar if needed. For extra spice, add chili flakes.
