Classic Beef Steak with
Garlic Butter
Ingredients:
2 ribeye or sirloin steaks
2 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper

Procedure:

1 kg beef (short ribs or brisket), cut
into chunks
2 cups beef broth or water
1 cup tomato sauce
1/4 cup liver spread (or pâté)
1 medium carrot, sliced
1 large potato, cubed
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
1 teaspoon chili flakes (optional, for spice)
Salt and pepper to taste
Procedure:
1. Heat oil in a pot and sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
2. Add beef chunks and cook until browned.
3. Pour in beef broth, tomato sauce, and soy sauce. Simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours until the beef
is tender.
4. Stir in liver spread and mix well.
5. Add potatoes, carrots, and bell peppers. Cook for another 10-15 minutes until vegetables
are soft.
6. Season with salt, pepper, and sugar if needed. For extra spice, add chili flakes.
