JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To prepare spin plan for the counts proposed based on marketing trends.
2. Better raw material Utilization is pre-requisite in the present global crunch scenario. Giving full
importance to this as the Raw material cost contributes to 70% of final manufactures cost.
3. To allocate manpower and machines for the spin plan and also look after Raw material
procurement & Utilization. Optimization of waste is must as they impact on manufacturing cost
as well as QUALITY.
4. To optimize process parameters for the counts proposed and bringing out the best quality yarn.
5. Preparing Quality plan for all stages of process and executing it properly for cross-checking
O/P quality and taking corrective action then & there as well as preventive actions.
6. Apart from the above, it is the consistent monitoring of quality right from B/R to loading of
carton box is being done. Periodically reviewing of above points for smooth sailing of factory.
7. Initiating corrective actions for the complaints received and proposing preventive measures for
averting complaints once for all.
ACHIEVEMENTS:
1. Spinning production increased to 12%.
2. Last two years,we did’nt receive any major complaint.
3. In our unit 5S Implemantation have awarded 86.1% in mark,which has surpassed all the
earlier records achieved by different companiec and standing FIRST on all INDIA basis
as on date(QUALITY CIRCLE FORUM OF INDIA)
