NOTE:
1.Withholding Tax (WHT) obligation in respect of any taxable income on service fees with the source in the United Republic of Tanzania and or rendered in the
United Republic of Tanzania is not optional. TANESCO as a withholding Agent as defined by the Income Tax Act, will be responsible to withhold and remit taxes
to Tanzania Revenue Authority in respect of design services or any service rendered by a non resident regardless of where it was invoiced and paid.
2.All Unit Price shall be in United States Dollars (USD)
3. Unit Price shall be VAT Exclusive.
4.Unit Price shall be Carriage and Insurance Paid (CIP) Benaco - Kyaka transmission line
