Provident Fund
A member is entitled for pension after completing the age of 58 years with
minimum service of 10 years.
Two children of deceased member shall be entitled to children pension up to age of
25 years, addition to pension to widow. The amount of pension for each child shall
be equal to 25% of the amount admissible to the widow.
Advance against PF deposit for purchase of house, construction of house, long
illness, study of children etc.
The member is entitled for disablement pension in case of permanent and total
disablement (90% and above disablement) during the course of employment. Such
member shall be entitled for pension as per normal rule.

Only those employees are covered who are contributing for PF.
In case of death (natural or accidental) of an employee, his widow/ nominee will get
35 times of Basic Salary. Minimum Rs. 2,50,000 to Rs. Maximum Rs. 7,00,000.

Group Mediclaim Policy
Corporate Mediclaim from "Universal Sompo General Insurance Company“ and
TPA is Paramount.
Minimum 24 hour’s hospitalization required for claiming any benefits under the policy & a
minimum 15 bed hospital equipped with 24-hour nursing & doctor service along with own
operation theatre.
All pre-existing diseases (PED) will be covered from day one except for the
diseases mentioned in exclusion.
The Sum assured for the policy will be Rs. 1lac, 2lac, 3lac and 5Lac
Policy shall be covering pre and post hospitalization expense up-to 30 and 90days
Cap on cataract, hernia, hysterectomy, appendix, piles and kidney stones (30% of
the sum assured or actual expense whichever is less).
Time limit for submission of claim documents will be within 30 days after
discharge from hospital.

Group Accidental Hospitalization Policy
Example: If an employee’s monthly salary is Rs. 20,000/- and his sum assured is of Rs. 12,00,000/- then the total premium will come out to be
1200000*1.693/1000 + GST @18% and this amount will be bifurcated basis employer and employee in 60:40 ratio.
Gratuity Policy
All staff who has completed one year of If Married – Self, Spouse, dependent

Unapproved Leave Extension is not Mode of Conveyance Allowed – Train /

▪ Employees who have CTC up to 30,000 /month can avail the benefit of this policy.
▪ Incase any child achieved eligible grades as well as rank in sports then
benefits under both categories will be provided.
Gift for Marriage
• The head of the Branch (for Branches) or Department Head (for Corporate/BU
Departments) will be accountable for successfully planning and organizing it.
• The total budget allowed for each Branch/Department shall be - Rs. 200/- per employee
for Movie Ticket + Rs. 200/- per employee for Dinner/Lunch, i.e., Rs. 400 per employee
in total. Thus, the total allowable budget for each Branch/Department is Rs (400 *
number of employees at the Branch/Department).
• The budget mentioned above is the maximum budget allowed and actual payment will
be based on the actual expenditure and subsequent bills produced.

Company will allow buying of mobile handset only to core operational team members (involved in activities like loading
supervision, vehicle placement) based on approval by immediate HOD.
Rest of the employees will be provided only with Company SIM card.

Employee contribution will be deducted in 24 equal instalments. Employee is eligible for new mobile handset after old mobile used
for 2 Years or more. Mobile will be transferred to employee after 2 years usage.
In case any employee, buy the mobile more than above-mentioned limits then excess amount will be deducted in one go only
without any exception.
In case employee resign during 1st to 2nd Year then it will be compulsory for the employee to take the mobile and following amounts
will be recovered:
i. Balance EMIs and
ii. 50% depreciated value of the mobile.
Employee Referral Policy
• Release of referral bonus in one go after completion one year of the service.
• Referral bonus will not be applicable if the referral candidate joins in the same department.
• Relatives are not eligible for referral bonus.
• All HODs/Managers referral position in their own team, should not be eligible for referral bonus.
• Employees working in HR – corporate/BUs should also not be eligible for referral bonus.
