I. Introduction

Pertimix Inc. ( a play of words of property, real estate and a mixture of everything pertaining to
property and asset management) is an upcoming digital real estate and asset management
company specializing in consultancy, real estate legal services, and liaison services for all
aspects of real estate and land development and management. We possess a deep understanding
of the Philippine real estate market and a proven track record of success in assisting clients with
their real estate ventures.

II. Company Objectives:

The real estate industry has been in a constant evolution and innovation and clients and service
providers need a one stop shop and solid company where they can access full services to their
needs. From registration, listing, liaison, consulting, evaluating, legal services or any type of
assistance – Pertimix is there to serve its clients in the Philippines and abroad.

III. Services Offered:

1. Real Estate Consulting:


o Market Research & Analysis: Conducting market research and analysis to
identify investment opportunities and assess market trends.
o Investment Advisory: Providing guidance on real estate investment decisions,
including acquisition, disposition, and financing strategies.
o Valuation & Appraisal: Conducting property valuations and appraisals for a
variety of purposes, such as financing, tax assessments, and estate planning

2. Legal Services:
o Real Estate Law: Providing legal advice and representation on a wide range of
real estate matters, including property transactions, landlord-tenant disputes, and
zoning regulations.
3. Asset Management:

o Estate Planning: Assisting with estate planning, including will and trust creation,
asset distribution, and tax planning.
o Wealth Transfer Strategies: Advising clients on strategies for transferring
wealth across generations, such as family trusts, charitable giving.

4. Real Estate Services:

 Property Management:
o Tenant Screening & Selection: Conducting background checks, verifying
income, and selecting suitable tenants.
o Rent Collection: Collecting rent payments, handling late payments, and evictions
(if necessary).
o Property Maintenance: Coordinating repairs and maintenance, overseeing
