                       CT angiogram of brain
FINDINGS:
      CT angiogram shows--
o Left vertebral artery is hypoplastic (Cerebral part).
o M1, M2 and M3 segments of the middle cerebral arteries appear normal in course
             caliber.
o A1, A2 and A3 segments of the anterior cerebral arteries are normal in course and
             caliber.
o P1, P2 and P3 segments of the posterior cerebral arteries and the basilar artery show
no significant abnormality. No focal, segmental or saccular dilated vascular channel is
noted in the region of anterior & posterior communicating artery. Arteries show no
circumscribed narrowing and focal or segmental dilatation.
o Intracranial part of both ICA found normal.
      Non contrast CT scan shows—
o Hyperdense area measuring about 9.0 mm x 6.0 mm is noted in right of side basal
             cistern.
o Hyperdensity also noted in right side of ambient cistern.
o Hypodense area measuring about 3.55 cm x 2.61 cm is seen in right side of cerebellar
             hemispheres.
IMPRESSION:
     1. Hypoplastic left vertebral artery (cerebral part).
     2. Features of subarachnoid haemorrhage.
     3. Acute infract in right side of cerebellar hemispheres.
