Custard Cake Baking Time: 30min

Yield: 10 servings
Ingredients Method

1 cup cake flour


Combine all the dry ingredients—cake flour, baking powder, salt,
1 tsp. baking powder
white sugar, oil, pineapple juice, and egg yolks—until well blended.
Pinch of salt
Make a hole and add liquid ingredients such as oil, pineapple juice,
¼ cup white sugar
and egg yolks. Until well blended,
¼ cup vegetable oil
Combine egg whites, sugar, and cream of tartar until stiff and dry.
½ cup pineapple juice
1/4 c water Fold the cake mixture into the egg whites. Until well incorporated
4 egg yolks
4 egg whites
Custard Filling
¼ cup sugar
Pinch of cream of tartar Combine egg yolk, whole egg, condensed milk, evaporated milk,
and vanilla until well combined.

Custard filling Caramelize the sugar in a pan, add the custard and filling, and mix
well.

6 egg yolk
2 whole egg
1 condensed
1 /2 c evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
¾ c white sugar
Dulce Leche Cake Baking Time: 30min

Combine into a bowl , all purpose flour, baking powder, baking


2 cups all-purpose flour
soda, cinnamon powder ,salt , brown sugar, and walnuts, mix until
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder well incorporate
1 ½ teaspoons baking soda
Make a hole add , oil, egg, grated carrots, pineapples, milk,
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder combine until well blended.
½ teaspoon fine salt
½ cup coarsely chopped walnuts Cream Cheese frosting
(or any nuts of your choice)
Add cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar, until well blended.
1 cup corn oil (or any type of
vegetable oil)
Top crushed walnuts
1 cup brown sugar OR muscovado
OR coconut sugar
3 whole eggs
2 cups grated carrots
½ cup crushed pineapples
1/3 cup non-fat milk

Cream cheese frosting:


1 cup cream cheese, at room
temperature
1/3 cup salted butter, at room
temperature
¼ cup powdered sugar
Walnuts
Strawberry short Cake Baking Time: 30min
Yield: 10 servings
