SAD
1. Do not lose hope, nor be sad, you will surely be victorious if you’re true believers- Ali Imran 3:139
2. Allah Does not burden a soul beyond that it can bear- Al Baqarah 2:286
3. Do not grieve for them, nor be in distressed because of what they plot- An Naml 27:70
4. And the next life is certainly far better for you than this one- Ad duhaa 93:4
5. So, surely with hardship there will be ease- Ash sharh 94:5
6. Surely with hardship comes more ease- Ash sharh 94:6
7. Do not let their words sadden you- Yunus 10:65
8. So be patient! Surely the best outcome belongs only to the righteous- Hud 11:49
9. Allah guides those who seek His pleasure, brings them out of darkness and into light by His Will, and guides them to
the Straight Path- Al Mai’dah 5:16
10. Surely Allah knows best what is ˹hidden˺ in the heart- Ali Imran 3:119
11. And know that your wealth and your children are only a test and that with Allah is a great reward- Al Anfal 8:22
12. They planned, but Allah also planned. And Allah is the best of planners- Al Anfal 8:30
13. Call upon Me, I will respond to you- Ghafir 40:60
14. My Lord! Put my heart at ease for me, and make my task easy- Taha 20:25-26
15. Perhaps you dislike something which is good for you and like something which is bad for you. Allah knows and you do
not know- Al Baqarah 2:216
16. And do not lose hope in the mercy of Allah- Yusuf 12:87
17. Call upon your Lord humbly and secretly- Al a’raf 7:55
18. Do not worry; Allah is certainly with us- At Tawbah 9:40
19. He is the One Who brings about joy and sadness- An Najm 53:43
THANKFUL
1. If Allah helps you, no one can defeat you- Ali Imran 3:160
2. And do good, for Allah certainly loves the good-doers- Al Baqarah 2:195
3. Surely in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find comfort- Ar Ra’d 13:28
4. Every destined matter has a set time- Ar Ra’d 13:38
5. Surely Allah loves those who always turn to Him in repentance- Al Baqarah 2:222
6. ‘If you are grateful, I will certainly give you more- Ibrahim 14:7
7. If We ever will something, all We say is: “Be!” And it is!- An Nahl 16:40
8. If you are mindful of Allah, He will grant you a decisive authority, absolve you of your sins, and forgive you-
Al Anfal 8:29
9. Surely Allah knows all you do- An Nahl 16:91
10. He will bless your deeds for you, and forgive your sins- Al Ahzab 33:71
11. He is the One Who sends down clear revelations to His servant to bring you out of darkness and into light-
Al Hadid 57:9
12. We send down the Quran as a healing and mercy for the believers- Al Isra 17:82
13. Say, It is Allah who saves you from this and any other distress- Al An’am 6:64
14. What is with Allah is certainly far better for you, if only you knew- An Nahl 16:95
15. If you tried to count Allah’s blessings, you would never be able to number them- Ibrahim 14:34
HAPPY
1. And whoever believe in Allah, He will guide his heart- At taghabun 64:11
2. And surely your Lord will give so much to you that you will be pleased- Ad duhaa 93:5
3. My success comes only through Allah. In Him I trust and to Him I turn- Hud 11:88
4. And He is the All-Forgiving, All-Loving- Al Buruj 85:14
5. every soul will be fully compensated for what it did, and they won’t be treated unjustly- An Nahl 16:111
6. He found you lost and guided you- Ad duhaa 93:7
7. And those who believe and do good will be the residents of Paradise. They will be there forever- Al Baqarah

8. But those who do good and have faith will enter Paradise and will never be wronged- An Nisa 4:124
9. who believe and do good, they who will be the residents of Paradise- Al A’raf 7:42
10. Those who do good will have the finest reward and more. Neither gloom nor disgrace will cover their faces-

11. Those who do good in this world will have a good reward- Az Zumar 39:10
12. surely Allah has prepared a great reward for those of you who do good- Al Ahzab 33:29
13. Allah never waste the reward of the good-doers- Yusuf 12:90
14. and We will certainly reward them according to the best of their deeds- An Nahl 16:97
15. Indeed, those who believe and do good will have the Gardens of Paradise as an accommodation- Al Kahf

16. Whatever good you send forth for yourselves, you will find it with Allah far better and more rewarding- Al

17. No one will reap except what they sow- Al An’am 6:164
ANXIOUS
1. Allah has already set a destiny for everything- At Talaq 65:3
2. He brings them out of darkness and into light- Al Baqarah 2:257
3. Seek comfort in patience and prayer. Allah is truly with those who are patient- Al Baqarah 2:153
4. Every soul will taste death. And we test you with good and evil as a trial, then to Us you will be returned- Al Anbya
21:35
5. Every soul will taste death. And you will only receive your full reward on the Day of Judgment- Ali Imran 3:185
6. We never require of any soul more than what it can afford- Al A’raf 7:42
7. Surely Allah has full knowledge of everything- Al Anfal 8:75
8. So worship Him and put your trust in Him. And your Lord is never unaware of what you do- Hud 11:123
9. And put your trust in Allah, for Allah is sufficient as a Trustee of Affairs- Al Ahzab 33:3
10. We have made some of you a trial for others. Will you be patient ?- Al Furqan 25:20
11. Whatever you have will end, but whatever Allah has is everlasting- An Nahl 16:96
12. He will guide them ˹to their reward˺, improve their condition- Muhammad 47:5
13. And whoever turns away from My Remembrance, he will have a depressed life- Taha 20:124
14. No calamity befalls except by Allah’s Will- At taghabun 64:11
15. And provide for them from where they could never imagine- At Talaq 65:3
16. And whoever puts their trust in Allah, then He ˹alone˺ is sufficient for them- At Talaq 65:3
LONELY
1. Allah alone is sufficient for us and He is the best Protector- Ali Imran 3:173
2. Don’t fear! I am with you, hearing and seeing- Taha 20:46
3. Your Lord has not abandoned you, nor has He become hateful of you- Ad duhaa 93:3
4. We are closer to them than their jugular vein- Qaf 50:16
5. And He is with you wherever you are- Al Hadid 57:4
6. But no! Allah is your Guardian, and He is the best Helper- Ali Imran 3:150
7. Indeed, Allah’s help is always near- Al Baqarah 2:214
8. And what is the life of this world except the enjoyment of dilusion- Ali Imran 3:185
9. Surely my Lord is Ever Near, All-Responsive- Hud 11:61
10. And We are nearer to such a person than you, but you cannot see- Al Waqiah 56:85
11. If Allah finds goodness in your hearts, He will give you better than what has been taken from you- Al Anfal

12. Whatever blessings you have are from Allah. Then whenever hardship touches you, to Him alone you cry
for help- An Nahl 16:53
13. Allah is All-Seeing of what you do- Al Hadid 57:4
14. And He knows best what is ˹hidden˺ in the heart- Al Hadid 57:6
15. And to Allah is the final return- An Nur 24:42
16. And seek help through patience and prayer. Indeed, it is a burden except for the humble- Al Baqarah 2:45
17. Successful indeed are those who purify themselves- Al A’la 87:14
18. Indeed, Allah’s promise is true. So do not let the life of this world deceive you- Fatir 35:5
19. But you prefer the life of this world, while the Hereafter is far better and more lasting- Al A’la 87:16-17
20. Did you then think that We had created you without purpose?- Al Mu’minun 23:115
21. He surely knows what is open and what is hidden- Al A’la 87:7
ANGRY
1. Who spend during ease and hardships, who control their anger, and who pardon others- and allah loves
good doers- Ali Imran 3:135
2. Only those who endure patiently will be given their reward without limit- Az Zumar 39:10
3. Follow what is revealed to you from your Lord. Surely Allah is All-Aware of what you ˹all˺ do- Al Ahzab 33:2
4. Be mindful of Allah, and say what is right- Al Ahzab 33:70
5. Peace be upon you for what you patiently endured and excellent is the final home- Ar Ra’d 13:24
6. And it is Allah’s Will to lighten your burdens, for humankind was created weak- An Nisa 4:28
7. And Allah knows who intends harm and who intends good- Al Baqarah 2:220
8. Be patient with what they say, and avoid them with gracious avoidance- Al Muzammil 73:10
9. And be good ˹to others˺ as Allah has been good to you- Al Qasas 28:77
10. Indeed, Allah will not change the condition of a people until they change what is in themselves- Ar
Ra’d 13:11
11. Be patient! Indeed Allah is with the patient- Al Anfal 8:46
12. Surely good deeds wipe out evil deeds- Hud 11:114
13. And Allah is never unaware of what you do- Al Baqarah 2:74
14. Respond to evil with what is best- Al Mu’minun 23:96
15. Establish prayer, encourage what is good and forbid what is evil, and endure patiently whatever
befalls you- Luqman 31:17
