Group working is an essential activity, but it can be critical as well if each member in a group
comes up with different mindsets and comes together and works on a project with common
goals and objectives. Group working in a module which helped me learn experience and
brought out some of my hidden skills and weaknesses, which even I was not aware of. And I
just finished a group assignment on the topic of creating effective communication at work.

When we were working together, we had the best leader in the group. He was so fascinating,
helpful, and took care of each member in the group during work. Beside that, we also had a
sub-leader, who was so very creative and active, come up with many good ideas about the
script. She has the energy to cheer up every person in the group even though we had a deadline
which was too fast and tired about the homework. Our leaders had done the work in a perfect
way, and we had a beautiful memory when we were working together.

Moreover, each member of the group had put so much effort and responsibility into their work.
Not only that, but we also put so much enthusiasm to this project and take responsibility to take
comment from the lecturer and put that in our own experience to fix.

The day we were making our short situation films was very funny. It was a rainy day, but we
were still on time and finished before our deadline. We still made some mistakes in recording
and the script, but we still took a very good emotions of our class when we were presentation.
Also, we found that a person in our group has a gift for acting. He was entering the mind to his
character and done his perform perfectly.

We realized that we still need a review from every person in the group, so we decided to have a
meeting to review, and comments from every member. When we were doing that, we came up
with a brilliant idea to make a comedy for the end of the presentation. At first, we didn’t record
the behind the scenes, so it was so difficult for us to understand how to present the end of the
presentation. The idea to make a comedy was not prepared before so we decided to act by our
own emotions in that situation but for the last, the comedy was so perfect and more successful
than we imagined.

Group work may pose occasional challenges, especially when people holding dissimilar
outlooks might not always agree with each other. Our collaborative effort resulted in the
combination of everyone's input, and to begin with there was some uncertainty about using a
group approach but by the end it felt like success was achieved.

For me the main learning outcomes of group work are gaining confidence and becoming aware
of different personal development needs. Participating in group activities has shown me that I
am now more confident when working with others and making decisions. It occurred to me
that my ability to interact with others needed improvement. Therefore, my objective of
becoming a successful HR manager can be realized through participation in group learning
sessions. Developing skills like confidence and cultural awareness is crucial for effective
management of employees, and in forthcoming times, it will work with enhanced efficiency.

In brief, teamwork is fundamental in modern business, and it all starts with you. Achieving
success in a team effort requires strong communication abilities while being open with one
another about tasks at hand. Trusting each other's capabilities is also key along with clearly
defining each individual's role. Additionally, a balanced approach to both goals and
communication is essential for effective teamwork. Working in groups has been difficult based
on what I've experienced and if one member doesn't perform well then it could potentially
negatively affect the whole team.
