Monitor- to watch and check a situation carefully for
a period of time in order to discover something about it

a radioactive gas formed when radium decays and found naturally in rock and soil
To assert- to say that something is certainly true
To allocate to (for)- to give a particular amount of time, money, etc. to someone or
something, so that it can be used in a particular way

are your responsibility
To contend-to compete in order to win something, to say that something is true or is
a fact
To entice- to persuade someone to do something by offering them something pleasant
to urge- to strongly advise or try to persuade someone to do a particular thing

at seeing new opportunities to make money

need, want, or can deal with

Venture- a new activity, usually in business, that involves risk or uncertainty
