It has been observed that some classrooms, hallways, and other areas within the school premises are
not being properly maintained and appear unclean. To ensure a healthy and conducive learning
environment, I would like to remind all class advisers to encourage students to take responsibility for
keeping their surroundings neat and orderly. Please be reminded of daily clean-up, proper waste
disposal, maintain clean surroundings and care for school property.
Your cooperation in reminding students of their responsibilities is greatly appreciated. Let us work
together to uphold cleanliness and discipline within our school.
