our objectives of promoting recycling, waste reduction, and responsible disposal practices
within our school and community.
We assure you that we will adhere to all regulations and guidelines set forth by the barangay
concerning the use of the MRF. Our activities will be conducted with utmost care and

Furthermore, we are willing to discuss any terms or conditions, as well as any associated

19 SCHOOL RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. Students are expected to be in their respective lines during the flag ceremony and
inside the classroom at the start of classes.
2. A student who must leave the campus during class hours for a reasonable and
previously arrange appointment from his/her parents or guardians must inform the
concerned teacher.
3. In order to acknowledge his/her presence, a student who will be absent shall politely
inform his/her to the teacher upon entering his/her class.
4. Student should refrain from shouting, running of playing along the corridors
especially during class hour.
5. Student must stay in their classroom while classes are in session. They should not
disturb other classes to visit or borrow anything unless permission is given by the
subject teacher.
6. Students are not allowed to go to school on weekends or night if there is no
permission from the advisers/teachers.
7. Students must maintain silence and order as they move from one area to another
during class hour.
8. Students must refrain from using phones during class hour, unless the teacher gives
permission.
9. Only notices and announcement approved by the principal may be written or posted
on bulletin board.
10. The permission of the principal or any person in authority must be secured for the
use of the school gadgets/equipments.
11. As a rule, students are encouraged not to invite or entertain personal friends to visit
them in school during class days, rehearsal, and practices, meeting, and school
function not open to the public however, should the need arise, a visitor who wants to
do business with a student shall address to the school Principal or to any person in
authority.
12. Strict enforcement of order and cleanliness in the campus should be observed.
Neither loitering nor vandalism is allowed.
13. Students are expected to clean their area of concern even without direct supervision
of the class adviser or teacher concerned.
14. Students are expected to show refinement and proper decorum anytime and
anywhere
15. Students are encouraged to speak English inside the classroom and school premises
16. No students allowed to stay outside the classroom during class hour even if the
subject teacher is not around.
17. No class hour shall be utilized for any class or year level dialogue with a teacher in
regards to grievances, without permission from the school principal or any authorized
person.

18. Students must segregate their garbage from biodegradable, non-biodegradable


recyclable, Infectious materials in the school-based MRF.
19. Students must practice the “Leave no trace” policy regarding waste management.

I am writing this letter to sincerely apologize for sharing misinformation that has led
to negative consequences. I deeply regret the impact of my actions and the harm it
has caused.
I take full responsibility for spreading inaccurate information and understand the
importance of verifying facts before sharing them. I acknowledge the repercussions
of my mistake and distress it may have caused.
I want to express my heartfelt apologies to all those affected by my actions. I am
committed to learning from this experience and ensuring that such errors do not
happen again in the future.
I apologize for any inconvenience, confusion, of harm that my misinformation may
have caused. I value honesty and integrity, and I am truly sorry for falling short of
these values.
I hope that you can find it in your heart to forgive me for my mistake. I am dedicated
