GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
֍ Night Work permit shall be taken before commencing activity
֍ Hazard & Control Measures clearly communicated to all personnel/ TBT conducted.
֍ If any inciend or accidend occures, it will informd to EPR team.
֍ Round the clock diligent supervision at all times.
֍ Shall provide adequate shelter/rest facility and drinking water supply nearer to the work location.
֍All physical inspection need to be done before used with checklist.
֍All mechine TPI need to be done before use.
