 Group work among my students’ works well because I see them all engaged in the activity.

 Collaboration is evident and effective during the delivery of my lesson. The students are seen
to be very cooperative in learning process.
 Giving students more time to explore and discover the task given allows them to make their
presentations nice and effective. It teaches them to think of a great presentation.
 Allowing students to think of their own strategies on how to present the activity shows their
thorough understanding of the lesson and enhances their creativity. Yet guidance of the teacher is
very much required.
 Grouping is seen to be very effective in every classroom activity because students will learn
on how to deal with the different family orientations showed by their classmates. They learn to
be flexible.
 Creative presentations such as singing, dancing, acting, playing musical instruments are also
very effective. Some of them are new to each other yet they work effectively to showcase a
creative and relevant theme activity.
 Differentiated instruction is very much effective because it caters to the multiple intelligences
present in each student.
 Profiling students provides the teacher from the better to the best idea on how to deal with
them and on what particular strategy would best fit for their kind.
 Discussion first, then activity is also found out to be very effective since students in this
generation has a very limited attention span.
 Video presentations as a springboard to teaching are likewise effective. Students absorb it
faster if they are looking at a video; because most of the students these days are bodily
kinesthetic and visual learners.
 Game as an introduction to a topic was also found out to be very effective as well.
 Students tend to understand easy and well if they are enjoying the lesson. Learning at the
same time enjoying is effective because a happy class is a learning class.

2017, was my third lesson observation. In which, I taught English lessonunder the topic ing and in 
ending words. !hroughout the lesson, many positive aspects hadoccurred such as" e##ective teaching
and learning, anticipation, en$oyment, participation and positive behavior.!o elaborate, students
received and produced the given topic to them very well. In which,I applied the !otal %hysical &esponse
'!%&( teaching strategy as a way to engage studentstowards learning and ease their understandings.
Movements were applied to the students in order to allow them identi#y the ing and in ending words
by themselves. !he reason behind applyingsuch strategy is, to mae the students com#ortable and
encouraged to learn, process and apply thegiven in#ormation. In addition, all students with di##erent
learning abilities were bene#ited #romsuch method because, all o# the students were responding and
involved within the ing and inwords identi#ication.)econdly, en$oyment and anticipation were included
and #ound during the lesson. Inwhich, students were attracted and e*cited to play the ing and in 
words creation that was#ormed in a #ootball theme. I now this because, I saw how students are e*ited
with sharing between each other words that end with ing and in. !here#ore, students were as ing me
toreplay the game once more #or them. )uch thing, proves that students have really en$oyed thegame
and most importantly they have learnt #rom it.!hirdly, all o# the students were participating and getting
involved within the lesson. Inwhich, at the beginning o# the lesson, students were in#ormed that all o#
them should be involvedthroughout the lesson because they will be playing a #ootball game. In such
way, students weree*cited to participate within the activities that were held in order #or them to play
the game. !hereason behind doing such thing is because, there are some students who are shy or they
#eeluncom#ortable in participations. +owever, when students are aware that they will be doing or
playing with something they pre#er, their shyness or discom#ort will disappear.inally, all o# the
students were maintaining their positive behavior during the lesson. Inwhich, all o# them #ollowed the
classroom rules as well as, they were interacting and respondingalong with their teacher. !his is because,
their classroom behavior system 'teams points( wereapplied as well as, they were in#ormed at the
beginning o# the lesson what are the conse-uenceso# students who will misbehave 'they will not be
allowed to play the game(.
