In the modern life, the growing number of overweight people is putting a strain on the health care system, it is
often argued by many people that the best way to deal with this problem is to more introduce more physical
education lessons in school curriculum. I completely disagree with that idea because of the following reasons.
It is clear that there are a lot of reasons why I strongly disagree this matter. One of the most important
reasons is that overweight people should have a suitable diet. There are a lot of ways to reduce weight, this
way is very important for overweight people. That is because they should not eat foods which are not good for
their health such as fast foods, meat, soft drinks and so on. These foods contain a lot of protein and lipit, so it
will make them become fat. That will affect to their health seriously, they will get a lot of diseases easily, so
that is very important. They should eat a lot of vegetables, fruits,… which are very good for their health. In
addition, another typical reason that we need to take into consideration is that overweight people should take
part in outdoor activities. These activities are very good for their health and help them reduce a lot of weight
very well. For example, they can jog in the morning, it helps them become stronger, beside they can meet a lot
of people and make a lot of friends. That also can improve their mood.
However, there are various reasons why we cannot deny the role of introducing more physical education
lessons in school curriculum. One of the most important reasons is that these lessons help students improve
their health. That is because physical education lessons in the school are obligatory, so they have to practice,
so that is very useful for overweight people. Besides, it also helps them reduce the stress and improves the
quality of learning better and better. To show an example, a lot of universities often organize many outdoor
activities such as jogging, camping, and so on. These activities are very useful for everyone to improve their
health, especially overweight people.
All in all, from what has been discussed above, I obviously disagree with this idea. As far as I am concerned,
therefore, it is sensible that such controversial issues should be viewed from various aspects.

for our life, there are a lot of negative effects that we need to take into consideration, especially on the
learning environment and student’s performance. A lot of people think that a mobile phone should be banned
at primary schools. I completely agree with that idea because of the following essay.

information, that will help students cheat. That will make them become lazier in learning and reduce the
quality of their learning.
However, there are various reasons why we cannot deny the role of smartphones on the learning environment

documents and information. Smartphones have a smart function is that it can find free document and
information, so that will help students have a lot of knowledge and improve the quality of their learning. That
is very useful and convenient for students. To show an example, students can save a lot of documents in their
smartphones, that will help students have a lot of knowledge easily.
In short, from what has been discussed above, I obviously agree with this idea. As far as I am concerned,
