In round 4,single crochet in the next 2 Inc increase (2 sc in one st)
stitches,then make 2 single crochet in the Dec crochet next 2 st together
next stitch(increase).Do this 6 times in total. Ch chain

Cut the yarn leaving a long tail for sewing.

With red yarn.
