Dowload files from Etsy
Digital items you’ve purchased can be viewed and downloaded from the Purchases and reviews
section of your Etsy account.
To access your digital files from your account:
01 Please log in to Etsy.com and access 'Your Account' using a web browser like Safari or
Google Chrome, as digital downloads are not currently supported on the Etsy mobile app
02 Go to Purchases and reviews.
Next to the Marrmarrstudio order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for
03 all the files attached to your order.
THE IPAD CAN BE USED TO DOWNLOAD ETSY DIGITAL FILES, BUT NO THROUGH THE ETSY APP
*You cannot currently download a digital purchase via the Etsy app; please
use a computer or mobile broswer for this purpose.
You can also go back to the item’s listing page, where you should see an “Instant Download"
message on the images for the item.
There are generally no limits for when or how many times you can download a file. In most cases,
you can access a file any time on your Purchases page, provided the transaction hasn't been
canceled or removed.
If your payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be gray.
If you purchased an digital download as a guest, you'll find a link to download your files in the
receipt email that was sent to you after purchase.

Instructions
To download the file, click the Download button on the right side of the page. When you
download a file in Safari, the download appears in the Downloads tab in the upper right corner.
Click Download and the file will open in your Files app.
Importing fom within GoodNotes
01 Open GoodNotes, then Tap the “New” icon (large
plus icon) in the Documents tab and choose Import.
02 Select the file(s) and tap Open.
Importing files into GoodNotes Tap & hold
Find your downloaded file in the iPad's Files or
01 Downloads
02 Long press (tap and hold) on a file to bring up
the options menu. Click to Share. Find and tap
the option to "Open in GoodNotes". (You can
choose another note-taking app, like Notability,
if you prefer).
If you don't see the open in app option on the
share sheet, tap More • • •
GoodNotes links not working
If you notice that you are unable to tap links in your planner, then you should swith to Read-Only
mode. Read-Only mode allows you to quickly scroll through your content as well as navigate
between links with a single tap, and can be enabled by one tap of an icon.
