1. Teacher Evaluation Criteria.

1.1 Performance Metrics

The teacher’s performance will be evaluated based on the following


criteria:

 Classroom Management: The ability to maintain discipline, engage students,


and create a positive learning environment.
 Teaching Effectiveness: The quality of lesson delivery, student engagement,
and effective use of teaching aids.
 Student Progress: Regular assessment of student progress, including test
scores, assignments, and overall academic growth.
 Professional Development: Participation in workshops, training sessions, and
continuous learning.

1.2 Evaluation Process

 Observations: Regular classroom observations by the school management/


coordinator or designated evaluators.
 Self-Assessment: The teacher’s self-assessment of their teaching practices
and areas for improvement.
 Peer Review: Feedback from colleagues and collaborative discussions.
 Parent Feedback: Input from parents regarding the teacher’s communication,
responsiveness, and rapport with students.

1.3 Improvement Plans


If areas for improvement are identified, the teacher and school
management will collaboratively create an improvement plan. This plan may
include additional training, mentoring, or adjustments to teaching methods.
