Mr. Bilal Omar Dassouki is the founder of DAS,
bringing over 10 years of extensive experience in
prestigious construction projects across the MENA
region. Before establishing DAS, he played a key role
in the successful execution of large-scale
infrastructure and engineering projects, gaining
valuable expertise in civil engineering, project
management, and quality assurance.
Born on November 19, 1991, Mr. Bilal Omar
Dassouki is a Lebanese national holding Saudi
Iqama No. 2431755400 and is registered as a Civil
Engineer.
His vision and leadership in the construction
industry led to the establishment of DAS, where he
successfully translated his extensive experience into
building a company known for high-quality
standards, innovation, and excellence. Under his
