Good Day! I am writing this letter of intent to express my willingness and dedication to apply for the
position you are looking for. Please accept my enclosed application for the position of
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT II in the Department of Education - Division of Laguna under your
supervision. I graduated in Polytechnic University of the Philippines Calauan, Campus with the degree of
Bachelor in Business Teacher Education (BBTE) - Major in Technology and Livelihood Education (TLE)
as "Cum Laude". I am also Licensed Professional Teacher (LPT) in 2022. I worked in Luzonian Center of
Excellence for Science and Technology Inc in Calauan Laguna for three years as a Teacher, Coordinator
and Technical Staff under Contract of Service. I have high computer literacy, knowledgeable in
stenography and accounting.

Additionally, I am adept at the following:

 Preparing organizing, and storing information in paper and digital form;


 doing administrative and clerical tasks such as printing and scanning;
 creating reports and documents in the office;
 dealing with queries on the phone and by emails;
 utilizing modern equipment such as computers, phones, office machines, etc. with high
efficiency;
 building good relationship to clients, colleagues, and work mates; and
 maintaining utmost discretion when dealing with confidential information.

With that, I believe that I am a good candidate for this position. As a teacher, i will be grateful to serve
and to share my knowledge and skills to the field where I really belong. It will be an honor if i will get
this item.
