PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Citi, Jersey City, NJ February 2021– Present
Project Manager/ Sr. Business System Analyst
June 2022 – Present
This project was the part of the Trade Surveillance Markets Compliance, where I led the project to
onboard a new Fixed Income source systems data which were not covered by the Citi FI surveillances. To
achieve that, I did the initial gap analysis with the business where I found which source systems are in-
scope/out-scope, and with what type of FI products. Then, I defined the project requirements by
identifying project milestones, phases, and elements.
Based on that business, I prioritized the source systems and then determined the project timelines. I was
involved in this project from end-to-end SDLC phases.
Other than that, I was handling multiple BAU items, where I was leading multiple small teams
simultaneously.
Sr. Business System Analyst / Project Manager

Project 1
Project Description: This project was under Anti Money laundering (AML), where we created the
platform to integrate global end to end data reconciliation to support the trade surveillance program with
data quality controls, governance, and data measurement reporting. To achieve this, we have created the
platform between the source systems and monitoring platforms where we reconcile the data and see if
there are any breaks due to missing trades, orders data, duplicate trades, or incorrect format records that
get dropped during data ingestion into monitoring platform daily. Then recon output or breaks are sent to
a reporting output platform for disposition and investigation of breaks to generate alerts.
Project 2
Project Description: This project was part of Anti money laundering (AML), where we have
implemented a global end to end data reconciliation process to support KYC platform with data quality
controls, governance, and data measurement reporting. To achieve this, we have created the platform
between the KYC (source systems) and monitoring platforms where we reconcile the reference data and
see if there are any breaks or mismatches in the data due to various frequency and data sources. Then
recon output or breaks are sent to a reporting output platform for disposition and investigation of breaks
by the users (KYC).
