2. This price sheet is valid for eligible applications made between the dates of 5th April 2021 to 30th April 2021 only
3. Customer can upgrade to open or covered car parking instead of 2 Wheeler parking by paying an amount of Rs.225000 for Open car parking & Rs.300000 for covered car parking.
4. Company reserves the right to withdraw or revise the pricing & payment plans offered on this quotation at their sole discretion. Prices & discounts are subject to management approval
5. Regarding offers and payment plans please check with our Sales Manager
6. Parking will be allotted basis date of booking. No specific preferences on location will be entertained from any customer. The type of parking cannot be changed after allotment.
