WHY :

FACTS OF THE CASE

At about 6 o'clock in the morning of October 23 2024, the San Isidro Municipal Police Station
received a complaint from Reyes's residence. This was initially investigated by PO1 Almira Ulangkaya,
where revealed that on or about 1:30 in the morning Jenny Reyes 56 years old, married to Raj Reyes 57
years old, was sleeping at their sari-sari store along the highway, when Jenny Reyes heard a scratch just
above the roof.

HOW:

Jenny told her husband, Raj that the noise was distracting her sleep. Raj Reyes got his flashlight and
switched it on and off to chase away the noise thinking it was just a rat tampering their things. It was
5:30 am when they witnessed that their income for 2 days and Raj’s helmet is missing, they immediately
report it to the San Isidro Police Station. The investigation conducted revealed that their sari-sari store
had been entered by unidentified malefactor/s and stole Raj’s helmet and cash worth Php 5,000.00. The
suspect/s were able to fled away after the incident to an identified direction.
