OVERVIEW

Who are we?

ADV JUANSIKSTY RIZAL RT is one of the newest core groups established at exactly 12 midnight of
October 30, 2023, upholding the principles set forth by the ADV JUANSIKSTY NATION ROUND TABLE (RT).

Started under the umbrella of X-Axis RT, Rizal RT has taken-off as a separate core group guided by
Nation RT.

At Rizal RT, we are guided by four (4) basic principles: Camaraderie, Discipline, Respect and Trust to
and from our fellow motorcycle riders, the motoring public and individuals regardless of our differences
in background, race, gender, and beliefs.

RIZAL RT OATH

I, [Your Name], solemnly swear to uphold the principles and responsibilities of a member of Rizal RT. I
acknowledge and accept the authority of Nation RT over our club and pledge to be a responsible
and law-abiding member.

I promise to ride with honor and integrity, always representing Rizal RT with pride. I will ride in a manner
that reflects positively on our club and the broader motorcycle community. I will obey all traffic laws
and regulations and will promote safety on the road, both for myself, other motorists as well as
pedestrians.

I pledge to support and assist my fellow members whenever they are in need. I will show respect for
all riders, regardless of their affiliation, and will strive to create a sense of unity within our club and the
wider motorcycle riding community.

I will cherish and protect the legacy of Rizal RT, upholding its values and traditions espoused by the
ADV Juansiksty Nation RT. I understand that my actions reflect not only on myself but also in our ADV
Juansiksty Family, and I will always strive to be a positive and responsible representative of both Rizal
RT and The Juansiksty Nation.

I am committed to promoting camaraderie, respect, and the spirit of brotherhood among our fellow
members. I will work to maintain the reputation of Rizal RT to gain respect and public trust within our
community.

principles and responsibilities to the best of my ability.

OUR MISSION

Our mission is to build camaraderie, discipline, respect and trust amongst the members of Honda ADV
160 owners, upholding the core values of the Nation RT in response to the needs of alleviating traffic
congestion in our country.
OUR VISION

Our vision is to be the first exclusive motorcycle riding group to be officially recognized by the Philippine
Government as part of the solution to the worsening traffic condition in our country.

CORE VALUES

• Manners Maketh Man - As ladies and gentlemen, we uphold proper Discipline and Tradition to
be good to one another. A genuine fellowship with a common goal.

• Service Above Self - In times of need, be it online or personal, we should exert effort in giving
assistance to the best of our ability. Selflessness and professional duty to one another.

• Integrity - The voice of self-control and incorruptibility. Integrity is the key in getting
achievements and attaining higher goals. As the saying goes, “Integrity is doing the right thing,
even when no one is watching.”

• Teamwork - Teamwork is the product of strong relationships. Be grateful and accountable in

every task that is assigned to you. This only means that we are counting on you as you earned
the trust of everyone in doing professional work.

Duties and Responsibilities of Each Position

GROUP LEAD

General Duties and Responsibilities:

- The Group Lead shall be spearheading the group/ club in all aspects such as social gatherings,
meetings, short/ long rides that are beneficial to the group members aligned to the mission,
vision, and core values of the whole organization.
- He/ she shall be responsible in promoting and implementation of the rules and regulations set
forth by the Nation RTs national officers.
- The Group Lead shall represent the group/ club in all official functions and events of the
organization and other group clubs officially recognized by the Nation RT.
- The Group Lead shall, upon the approval of the core officers of the group/ club organize
meetings, events, activities, short and long rides for the members and other member of
different group/ clubs sanctioned by Nation RT and
 - The Group Lead shall uphold the core values of the organization in all manners at any given
time.

Other duties and responsibilities:

- The group lead shall have the authority to call on or cancel any upcoming activity/ies, events
of Rizal RT for any reasonable and acceptable reasons.
- Leads the announcement of group/ club activities, events, social gatherings, short and long
rides.
- He/ she may delegate tasks to other group/ club officers equally and reasonably for the
benefit of the group/ club’s activities and events.
- The Group Lead shall ensure collaboration of ideas, suggestions, and feedback from other
group/ club officers as well as members shall it be needed.
- Answer inquiries from other members and aspirants in relation to group/ club’s objectives,
social gatherings, activities, events, and short/ long rides.
- Maintain the camaraderie among the group/ club members to ensure harmonious relationship
between each other and to the other sanctioned group/ clubs and
- Other duties and responsibilities that may be given by the officers for the benefit of the group/
club and the Nation RT.

GROUP CO-LEADS

General Duties and Responsibilities:

- The Group Co-Lead shall be in-charge and take-over the duties and responsibilities in the
absence of the Group Lead for official functions in representing the group/ club.
- Ensures that all social gatherings, activities, events, short/ long rides are well-organized.
- Answer inquiries from other members and aspirants in relation to group/ club’s objectives,
social gatherings, activities, events, and short/ long rides.
- Collaborate with the group/ club officers to ensure the proper management and execution
of all social gatherings, events, activities, short and long rides.
- Promotes and implements the rules and regulations set forth by the Nation RTs national officers.
- Maintain the camaraderie among the group/ club members to ensure harmonious relationship
between each other and to the other sanctioned group/ clubs and
- Other duties and responsibilities that may be given by the officers for the benefit of the group/
club and the Nation RT.

Other duties and responsibilities:

- Ensure the head count of all motorcycle rider members during short/ long rides.
- Ensure the safety of all ride participants by continuous monitoring while on the road.
- Assist in the announcement of group/ club activities, events, social gatherings, short and long
rides.
- Maintain the peace and order of the group/ club on all occasions and
- Other duties and responsibilities that may be given by the officers for the benefit of the group/
club and the Nation RT.

SECRETARY

General duties and responsibilities:

- The Secretary shall be responsible for attendance monitoring and gathering to ensure all
participants in activities, events, social gatherings, short and long rides are listed.
- “Poll” creator for activities that needs to be voted upon by the officers and or members.
- In-charge for RT ‘pointing system’ monitoring.
 - Answer inquiries from other members and aspirants in relation to group/ club’s objectives,
social gatherings, activities, events, and short/ long rides.
- Collaborate with the group/ club officers to ensure the proper management and execution
of all social gatherings, events, activities, short and long rides.
- Records keeping.
- Promotes and implements the rules and regulations set forth by the Nation RTs national officers.
- Maintain the camaraderie among the group/ club members to ensure harmonious relationship
between each other and to the other sanctioned group/ clubs and
- In-charge and take-over the duties and responsibilities in the absence of the Group Lead and
Co-Leads for official functions in representing the group/ club.

TREASURER

General duties and responsibilities:

- The treasurer shall be responsible for the group/ club’s fund for common expense.
- Submits detailed financial report to the officers and members of the group/ club.
- In-charge and take-over the duties and responsibilities in the absence of the Group Lead; Co-
Leads and the secretary for official functions in representing the group/ club.
- The treasurer shall act within the duties and responsibilities in the absence of the secretary.
- Collaborate with the group/ club officers to ensure the proper management and execution
of all social gatherings, events, activities, short and long rides.
- Promotes and implements the rules and regulations set forth by the Nation RTs national officers.
- Maintain the camaraderie among the group/ club members to ensure harmonious relationship
between each other and to the other sanctioned group/ clubs.

III. MEMBERSHIP
The membership shall be exclusive only for Rizal Province residents only. However, non-Rizal residents
may still join and be a member of RIZAL RT provided to adhere to the following guidelines:

a. All members, resident and non-Rizal residents must be compliant to the rules and regulations
of Rizal RT to build harmonious relationship with each other.
b. All members are expected to promote Camaraderie, Discipline, Respect and Trust to other
fellow motorcycle riders, the motoring public and individuals regardless of our differences in
background, race, gender, and beliefs.
c. Attend all social gatherings such as tambike, short/ long rides, charity event of the group, other
collaboration rides with other groups & events sanctioned by the Nation RT.
d. Help fellow members in need especially in times of their emergency needs in the road or if the
help is needed most and
e. Cherish and protect the legacy of Rizal RT, upholding its values and traditions espoused by the
ADV Juansiksty Nation RT.
f. Any Member who wishes to transfer to another club or revoke his/ her membership for any
reason must give courtesy to the group by informing the officers properly so that the
membership roll of the group will be updated accordingly.
g. Officers who will abandon their post or be tagged by other officers as MIA (missing in action
due to inactivity) without valid justification or reason for at least 4 weeks – position may be
revoked and will transition to the next ranking officer. Abandoned Officer post cannot be
regained by the demoted officer. Available position can also be assigned by The Council
through recommendations.
For non-Rizal residents: Non-Rizal residents are welcome to join RIZAL RT if they will adhere to the group
rules as so not to compromise and tarnish the name of Rizal RT as well as the Nation RT. However, non-
Rizal resident members may not hold any officer position in the group, thus, may cast a vote during
surveys and annual members’ election of officers.

Through strong recommendations of other members, the officers may expel a non-compliant member
especially if the concerned member abuses its authority, use the name of the group for personal gain,
posed indecent acts or any acts that he/ she may commit that will compromise the welfare and safety
of other members as well as compromise the group or the whole organization.

Rizal RT shall not in any way collect membership dues in any amount either monthly or yearly.
Membership shall be free provided the Rules and Regulation set forth is adhered.

Should there be shared expense for a certain project, the Officers shall solicit the consensus of all
members through online media platform such as Facebook page, Facebook messenger or similar
platforms as discuss during tambikes.

Items such as club shirts, emblems, mugs stickers, riding vest and other similar items may be availed by
the members depending on the points gained. Payment of such items shall be made individually.
However, there will be some items that may be given free by a sponsoring member/ non-member.

FRAMEWORK / MEMBERSHIP LEVEL

Below are the framework/ membership levels:

• LEVEL 1 – Aspiring Members. Newcomer and recently joined the Nation/ Core group pages.
• LEVEL 2 – Registered Members. Done with MNS number, with MNS number, can avail membership
kit that includes national jersey plus sticker emblem with MNS number.
• LEVEL 3 – Official Members. Complied with the Core Group’s (CG) basic requirements of social
gatherings such as tambike, short/ long rides, charity event of the group, other collaboration rides
with other groups & events sanctioned by the Nation RT.
• LEVEL 4 – Elite Members. Highest form and never skips the last 3 levels. With proper training
sanctioned by the local government unit (LGU), motorcycle groups that focuses on safety riding,
automatically will be the road marshal on CG rides. With highest responsibility on the road among
other members.

POINTING SYSTEM - The pointing system will be the basis of the core group.

Long ride (outside Rizal province) 3 points

Charity/ Goodwill/ Any Commendable Acts 5 points

National Activity (Sanctioned by Nation RT) 5 points

Collaboration Group Ride 3 points
Endurance Challenge/ Any related competition representing Rizal RT 5 points
Leads/Officers discretion 5 PTS/ Month
To gain/earn the Level 3 Official Membership, all shall have a minimum of 20 points. Points gained shall
allow the members to avail the perks the group may introduce. Once the points are consumed, it will
be deducted to the total points gained. The more activities the member will be joining, the more
points will be gained.

Only the Officers of the group shall have the privilege to transfer point/s to a member monthly.

Goodwill/ commendable acts must be reported to the group officers along with any proof to gain
the points. A member who wished to join any sanctioned endurance challenge or similar competition
representing Rizal RT shall report to the group Officers gain points. Likewise, these activities will be
reported to the Nation RT Officers for proper documentation.

III. BRANDKIT | APPROVED LOGOS & DESIGN COLLATERALS

1. ONLY Officers shall have the right to use the digital copies of the group logo, design collaterals
and other similar materials for the purpose of posting/ reposting in social media platforms such
as Facebook, Instagram, Viber, telegram, WhatsApp, TikTok or other similar platforms.

2. Printing/ re-printing of the above-mentioned materials shall be prohibited without the approval
of the Rizal RT Officers for the protection and best interest of the group and the Nation RT as
well.

3. Improper use of logos, design collaterals that will clearly compromise and/ or tarnish the
reputation of the group is strictly prohibited and is punishable under the existing laws in the
Philippines.

4. Re-designing of the logos and design collaterals shall only be allowed upon approval of the
Rizal RT officers.

IV. DONATIONS/ SPONSORSHIPS
Any member who wished to sponsor or donate to the group for a certain products or services, or in
monetary value must be approved by the Rizal RT Officers or approval of the Nation RT as well if
needed provided the following:

1. Identity of all members including their personal information will not be compromised in relation to
data privacy act of 2012 otherwise known as Republic Act 10173.

2. Members will not be forced to purchase nor avail the sponsor’s products and services.

3. Members will not be forced to attend the sponsor/ donor’s products and services presentation.

4. The sponsor/ donor may present their products and services thru tambikes in a limited time only.
(maximum of 10 mins only) to give way for the group’s main agenda and socialization.

5. The sponsor/ donor may sponsor the venue and food for the members.

6. The sponsor/ donor may sponsor a group ride provided that all safety standards before, during
and after the ride will be shouldered by the former including coordination to all applicable LGUs
or government agencies.

V. SELLING OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

Selling of products or services of a member to other members must observe the following:

1. False claims about the products or services are not allowed. Truthful in advertising of the products
or services must be done.

2. Discounts to members must be given to the members of the group.

3. Accreditation thru the Nation RT is needed.

4. Warranties must be given to the purchasers.

Every member of RIZAL RT must enjoy all group activities to relieve stress of life.
