now and since then, DIAMANTE MARRON has been in possession and in the
concept of an owner possessed such above described parcel of land;
9. The said parcel of land has been openly, continuously, exclusively and actually
in possession of the ancestors and now, by virtue of hereditary succession by
DIAMANTE MARRON;
10. That the said parcel of land is now available for disposition by the State, through its
government agencies, to the possessor/s or occupant/s;
11. That we vouch the above facts because the land we are tilling for more or less thirty
years are adjoining to his(DIAMANTE MARRON) lot as above described;
12. That we execute this Affidavit to attest and declare the truth of the foregoing facts
and for whatever legal purposes that this Affidavit may serve.
