EXCERPTS MINUTES OF THE REGULAR SESSION OF THE SANGGUNIANG
BARANGAY OF SALVACION, SAN ANDRES, CATANDUANES HELD ON THE
AUGUST 15, 2021 AT THE BARANGAY SESSION HALL OF SALVACION, SAN
ANDRES, CATANDUANES.
The session was called to order at 9:00 in the morning.

RESOLUTION NO. 3 s. 2022
“A RESOLUTION ADOPTING AND APPROVING ANNUAL INVESTMENT PLAN
FOR C.Y. 2022 OF BARANGAY SALVACION, SAN ANDRES, CATANDUANES IN
THE AMOUNT OF TWO MILLION TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY ONE THOUSAND
FOUR HUNDRED EIGHTEEN PESOS ONLY (Php 2,271,418.00).”
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay as a Legislative body of the
Barangay, is mandated to enact Ordinance and Resolution as maybe
necessary to discharge the responsibilities conferred upon it by law &
promote the General Welfare of the constituents therein;
WHEREAS, the Barangay Development Council (BDC) after the discussion
during its meeting has adopted the ANNUAL INVESTMENT PLAN (AIP) for
calendar year 2022, at Barangay Salvacion, San Andres, Catanduanes, through BDC
Resolution No. 2 incorporating therein the priority development projects / basic
services / Executive and Legislative Services, the Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction
and Management Program and the ten percent (10%) SK Fund, further it also
discloses the target outputs, objectives and policy decision for the ensuing Budget
Year;
WHEREAS after decisive review and careful evaluation by the Sangguniang
Barangay during its regular session held on September 5, 2021, the ANNUAL
INVESTMENT PLAN (AIP) for the Calendar Year 2022 in the amount of TWO
MILLION TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY ONE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED
EIGHTEEN PESOS (PHP 2,271,418.00) AS PRESENTED HAS FINALLY
ADOPTED AND APPROVED for its accordance with the goals and objectives as
perceived in the vision of the barangay;
NOWTHEREFORE, on motion of Kagawad RENATO M. RAMIREZ duly
seconded by the body present, be it.
RESOLVED as it is hereby resolved to adopt and approved the ANNUAL
INVESTMENT PLAN (AIP) for the C.Y. 2022 of Barangay Salvacion, San Andres,
Catanduanes in the amount of TWO MILLION TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY ONE
THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED EIGHTEEN PESOS (PHP 2,271,418.00).
RESOLVED FINALLY, that copies of this resolution be furnished to the Office
of the Mayor, Sangguniang Bayan, Municipal Accountant, Municipal Budget Office,
Municipal Planning and Development Office and all concerned offices for their
information and reference.
UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED.
