” A Resolution adopting and Endorsing to the Sangguniang Barangay of BAGONG SILANG this Municipality
the CY 2024 Annual Investment Plan (AIP) of Barangay BAGONG SILANG”
WHEREAS, Sec. 305 (i) of RA 7160 explicitly provides that the local budgets shall operationalize approved
local development plans:
WHEREAS, the Annual Investment Plan (AIP) is a tool by which an LGU administers and provides
budgetary support to its local development plan and local development investment plan;
WHEREAS, the identification of programs, projects and activities (PPAs) were undertaken in consultation
with the members of the Sangguniang Barangay, non-government sectors and development stakeholders;
WHEREAS, the Barangay Development Council of BAGONG SILANG considers the priority programs,
projects and activities (PPAs) for implementation and aligns with the dreams and aspirations of the Barangay to
achieve its goals and objectives;
NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Sangguniang Barangay Members HON. BELEN G. NERVES, duly
unanimously seconded;

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved the CY 2024 Barangay Annual Investment Plan (AIP) of Barangay
Bagong Silang.
Adopted unanimously this 6th day of September, 2023 at Barangay Bagong Silang, Mabuhay, Zamboanga
Sibugay.
