A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING TO THE SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY THE
APPROVAL OF THE SUPPLEMENTAL ANNUAL INVESTMENT PLAN (AIP) FOR
CY 2025 OF BARANGAY AFGA FOR THE ADDITIONAL BUDGET ALLOCATION
FOR ONE HUNDRED EIGHT THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED NINETY-FIVE PESOS
(₱108,995.00)
WHEREAS, the Barangay Development Council (BDC) of Barangay Afga convened and
reviewed the proposed Supplemental Annual Investment Plan (AIP) for Calendar Year
2025;
WHEREAS, the said supplemental AIP covers the additional programs, projects, and activities
(PPAs) amounting to One Hundred Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Five Pesos
(₱108,995.00);
WHEREAS, after thorough evaluation and deliberation, the Barangay Development Council
finds the proposed supplemental AIP responsive to the development needs of the barangay and
by existing plans and priorities;
NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Estrella L. Wong duly seconded by Gildardo A. Lumacang,
be it:
RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to recommend to the Sangguniang Barangay the
approval of the Supplemental Annual Investment Plan (AIP) for CY 2025 of Barangay Afga
with an additional budget allocation of ₱108,995.00;
RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution, together with the attached supplemental
AIP, be submitted to the Sangguniang Barangay of Barangay Afga for appropriate action and
adoption.
APPROVED unanimously this 7th day of JULY 2025, at the Barangay Session Hall, Afga,
Sibagat, Agusan del Sur.

A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING BDC RESOLUTION NO. 4-
2025, SERIES OF 2025, RECOMMENDING THE SUPPLEMENTAL ANNUAL
INVESTMENT PLAN (AIP) FOR CY 2025 OF BARANGAY AFGA WITH AN
ADDITIONAL BUDGET ALLOCATION OF ONE HUNDRED EIGHT
THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED NINETY-FIVE PESOS (₱108,995.00)
WHEREAS, the Barangay Development Council (BDC) of Barangay Afga, Sibagat, Agusan
del Sur, during its regular meeting held on July 7, 2025, adopted BDC Resolution No. 4-2025,
Series of 2025, recommending the approval of the Supplemental Annual Investment Plan
(AIP) for Calendar Year 2025;
WHEREAS, the supplemental AIP includes additional programs, projects, and activities (PPAs)
amounting to ₱108,995.00, responsive to the needs and priorities of the barangay;
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay finds the said BDC recommendation in order and
aligned with the development goals of the barangay;
NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Garry P. Galo duly seconded by Hon. Virgido P.
Galo, Jr. be it:
RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to approve and adopt BDC Resolution No. 4-2025,
Series of 2025, recommending the Supplemental Annual Investment Plan (AIP) for CY 2025
of Barangay Afga, with a total additional budget allocation of One Hundred Eight Thousand
Nine Hundred Ninety-Five Pesos (₱108,995.00);
RESOLVED FURTHER, that a copy of this resolution, together with the approved
supplemental AIP, be furnished to the Municipal Planning and Development Office (MPDO),
Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), and other concerned agencies for
appropriate action.
APPROVED this 16th day of July, 2025, during the regular session of the Sangguniang
Barangay held at the Barangay Session Hall, Barangay Afga, Sibagat, Agusan del Sur.
