WHEREAS, during the meeting of the Barangay Development Council of


_________________, they decided to agreed and approved the Barangay

WHEREAS, the problem and issues of the Barangay, presented through the
assistance of the personnel of the office of the Municipal Planning and Municipal
Local Government Operations Officer, were corroborated by all sector group

in the barangay as presented during the meeting such as social, environmental,
