A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE TERM-BASED BARANGAY


AGENDA FOR GOVERNANCE AND DEVELOPMENT (BAGAD)
FOR CY 2014-2016 SUBMITTED BY THE BARANGAY
DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL OF POBLACION, BAYUGAN CITY

WHEREAS, Sangguniang Barangay are mandated to formulate a term-based


agenda for CY 2014-2016 in consonance with Section 7 of RA 7160
delivery of basic services of Barangay;

WHEREAS, the Barangay Development Council of Poblacion had recommended


the following programs, projects and activities for the three (3) year
period;

NOW THEREFORE, be it

RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Barangay of Poblacion Bayugan City, Agusan


del Sur to approve the term-based Barangay Agenda for
Governance and Development (BAGAD) for Calenday Year 2014-
2016 submitted by the Barangay Development Council (BDC).

RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this resolution be furnished to the


Sangguniang Bayan Office, and DILG Office for their information
and guidance.

UNANIMOUSLY CARRIED

ADOPTED, upon motion of Kagawad Henry C. Buque, duly seconded by


Kagawad Renato T. Montera during the 11th Regular Session held on
June 4, 2014 at the Session Hall of this Barangay.
