Pamucutan BDC Meeting Minutes 2019

The Barangay Development Council of Pamucutan, Zamboanga City held a meeting on January 16, 2019. All council members were present with the exception of one NGO representative. The council passed Resolution No. 3 to establish a secretariat to perform the duties of the Barangay Development Council committee. The resolution also adopted the amended 2020-2022 Barangay Development Investment Program and amended 2020 Annual Investment Program, which identify priority projects. The resolution was unanimously adopted and certified by the Barangay Secretary.

RESOLUTION NO. 3

A RESOLUTIONFOR THE SECRETARIAT TO BE CONSTITUTED

WHEREAS, the Barangay secretary shall duly perform the secretarial duties from the BDC committee in
this Barangay.

WHEREAS, the Local Development Investment Program (LDIP) is the basic document that translates
local plans into programs, projects and activities (PPAs);

WHEREAS, the Annual Investment Program (AIP) is a tool by which an LGU administers and provides
budgetary support to its Local Development Plan (LDP) and Local Development Investment Program (LDIP);

WHEREAS, the identification of Programs, Projects and Activities (PPAs) were undertaken in
consultation with the members of Sangguniang Barangay, Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), Private Sector
Organizations (PSOs), Non-Government Organizations (NGOs) and Other Development Stakeholders;

WHEREAS, the Barangay Development Council (BDC) of PAMUCUTAN considers the priority
Programs/Projects/Activities for implementation and aligns with the dreams and aspirations of the Barangay to
achieve its objectives and goals;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Sangguniang Barangay Member Alberto B. Bantay, duly seconded by
Sangguniang Barangay Member Carlos M. Serna Jr.;

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to adopt the amended CY 2020-2022 Barangay Development


Investment Program (BDIP) and AMENDED CY 2020 Annual Investment Program (AIP) of Barangay
PAMUCUTAN.

Adopted unanimously this 16 th day of October 2020 at Barangay PAMUCUTAN, Zamboanga City,
Philippines.
