A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PUNONG BARANGAY RAYMUNDO EGAN C. BARRANCO AND BARANGAY


TREASURER DONEZA S. ORIGINAL AS OFFICIAL SIGNATORIES IN ALL BANKING TRANSACTIONS OF
BARANGAY SANTO TOMAS, JANIUAY, ILOILO.

WHEREAS, Barangay Santo Tomas is maintaining an account with Development Bank of Philippines, Jaro
Branch with Checking Account # 00-0-00444-756-2 for its operation.

WHEREAS, due to the recently held Barangay Election (October 30, 2023) the new sets of Barangay
Officials have been elected and in order for the Barangay to facilitate banking transactions,
there is a need for the Sangguniang Barangay to designate new signatories for the said
account;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Brgy. Kagawad NESTOR D. MADERO, and unanimously approved by
the
Sangguniang Barangay Members, be it;

BE IT RESOLVED as it is hereby resolved that the Sangguniang authorizes RAYMUNDO EGAN C.


BARRANCO and DONEZA S. ORIGINAL as official signatories for all banking transactions of
Barangay Santo Tomas, Janiuay, Iloilo maintained at Development Bank of the Philippines, Jaro
Branch.

RESOLVED FURTHER to furnish copies of this resolution to the Office of the Municipal Mayor, Office of
the Municipal Local Government Operation Officer, and all concerned local government offices.
