Instructions

The document provides instructions for creating floating walls and high chamber walls for model caverns, emphasizing accuracy in cutting and scoring. It suggests duplicating the models multiple times for better results and includes specific steps for assembly and finishing. Both models are rated as easy and require brown felt for edging.

FLOATING WALLS

Quick note: I do apologize if some of the instruction sets are repetitive but
many models follow the same steps.
Difficulty Rating: (Easy) Quick and effective models for creating
MASSIVE caverns and chambers.

Recommended Duplications: 6 to 8. I found that with cavern design the

more free floaters you have the better!

Steps
● Cut, score and fold where marked. It is important to be as accurate as
possible with your scoring to prevent misaligned pieces. Be sure to cut
away the top bumpy sections only AFTER you have "sandwich glued"
the entire wall section together. (Please read the "Beginners Guide" for
proper cutting and scoring methods)
● Fold over and glue or "sandwich glue" the individual wall sections. Be
careful not to glue the bottom support tabs together. Flip one tab up
while gluing. Allow a five minute drying time for sandwiched sections to
prevent warping.
● After the walls have dried cut away the bumpy upper ridge.
● Fold the bottom support tabs out and you're all done! (See above photos
for reference)

Edging Color: Brown felt (What is "Edging"? Refer to the "Beginners Guide"
included with this model set)
HIGH CHAMBER WALL

Quick note: I do apologize if some of the instruction sets are repetitive but
many models follow the same steps.
Difficulty Rating: (Easy) Indispensable wall section that gives your caverns
the grandeur and scale that they deserve!

Recommended Duplications: 4 to 6. If you're creating a cave network

dominated by massive open chambers then this model is a must.

Steps
● Cut, score and fold where marked. It is important to be as accurate as
possible with your scoring to prevent misaligned pieces. Pay attention
to the score lines on this model as they do NOT extend on both sides.
Be sure to cut away the top bumpy ridge section only AFTER you have
"sandwich glued" the entire wall section together. (Please read the
"Beginners Guide" for proper cutting and scoring methods)
● Fold over and glue or "sandwich glue" the wall section. Allow a five
minute drying time for sandwiched sections to prevent warping.
● After the walls have dried cut away the bumpy upper ridge.
● Fold the outer flaps inward slightly and that's it! (See above photos for
