TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Buses for daily student transport services 2 way commute (morning, afternoon and evening)
2. Transport Fee is AED 4,552 (within Dubai) AED 5,252 (from Ajman and Sharjah) AED 7,752
(Abu Dhabi) AED 9,252 (Other Emirates) per year, which is payable ni two equal payments
3. The first payment is payable on or before 26th September 2024, Post Dated Cheque is
required for the second payment dated 1 February 2025.
4. An AED 240 will be retained by the university as an administration fee and is included in the
above rates.
5. Tr a n s p o r t F e e is N o n - r e f u n d a b l e a n d N o n - a d j u s t a b l e for m o n t h l y u s a g e .
6. The payment shall be an online payment amount and details will be set out in the payment
7. Friends and relatives of students and members of the general public are not permitted to use
the University Bus Service
8. Students who do not pay the fee will not be allowed to avail the transport facility.
9. Students should not eat any food, drink or any beverage while being transported to or from
University. Students are expected to cooperate with the bus driver in keeping the bus clean.
10. Every student will be provided with a Transport Identity Card on payment of transport fee.
Student needs to carry the DI Card all the time and Management has the authority to check
the card at any time.
11. The transport company can decide or modify the timings for each stop based on the
requirement.
12. Students must maintain discipline and obey the rules and regulations specified in the 'Code of
Conduct' issued by the University.
13. Smoking, vaping & use of abuse words are strictly prohibited in the bus.
14. Students are strictly advised ot respect the drivers and follow their instructions.
15. Insurance coverage applies as per law of UAE
16. Students are expected to take precaution while using the road both before boarding and after
disembarking from the bus.
17. Adhere ot guidelines set by RTA &D U Dubai while using transport facility.
18. fI students are found responsible for vandalism and damage ot any university property, they
wil be charged the cost of repair and/or replacement, penalty fees and may be subject to
university disciplinary action.
19. Students must take responsibility for their personal belongings when using the bus service.
The University does not take liability for misplaced, lost or damaged personal belongings.
20. The contract is between the student and Famous Transport.
I hereby accept that I have gone through all the rules and regulations specified in the form and I will
adhere of the contract.
