ORDER
Through the instant petition, Nadeem
sought superdari of cash amount of Rs. Abbas has
30,000/- which was
recovered in case FIR No. 526, dated
10.08.2024, offences under
Sections 457/380/411 PPC, Police
Station Phularwan, District
Sargodha.
Report of this fact was called from the
concerned Police
Station. As per report, cash amount of Rs.
30,000/- is in police
custody in above mentioned case. It is pertinent to
mention here that
report signed by the concerned police official is silent
about any
other application of any rival claimant.

Perusal of police report transpires that cash amount of
Rs. 30,000/- was recovered from the
accused in case FIR No. 526,
dated 10.08.2024, offences under Sections
457/380/411 PPC, Police
Station l'hularwan, District Sargodha. Petitioner is also the
complainant of the instant case. There is no rival claimant at this
staye. Moreover, no useful purpose would be served for keeping the
Cash in questionin police. So, in view of above discussion, superdari
petition is accepted and cash amount of Rs. 30,000/- in question is
given on interim custody to the petitioner, subject to furnishing
